Rumors are swirling the iPhone 7 might not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Say what?
With Bluetooth taking over and the quest to become “thin”, Apple might do away with the long-standing jack to make a sleeker phone.
The jack, as many of us know, is problematic as liquids, solids and who knows what else always seems to find its way into the hole, damaging the innards.
But Bluetooth isn’t without its flaws as it drains the battery and can lag.
We’ll see. The iPhone 7 isn’t expected until September.
