23 Nov Twitter Stops Giving Button Share Counts
Twitter has stopped listing share counts for web publishers of their ubiquitous share button. That means without actually visiting twitter, you cannot see how many times your post has been shared on the social media network.
This change, which just went live, was announced back in October.
The reason? It’s just too resource intensive and even twitter admits that it wasn’t all that accurate.
